The Club
My Story
I spent the past 20 years dedicating my professional life to women empowerment. It all started with my TV programmes, « Femmes d’exception » and then « Rendez-vous avec… », where I interviewed female leaders, artists, writers, politicians, Business women…
Exploring their personal journey was key for my next projects as I realised that these women were “warriors”: they had been able to express their full potential thanks to determination and self confidence.
It did not mean they did not doubt but they managed to overcome it, be resilient and reinvent themselves. It was a life lesson and from that time my ambition has been to help women to find their own path and at a more global level foster Female Leadership.
In The Media
Our Story
After a couple of years as TV Journalist and host of TV programmes such as « Femmes d’exception » and then « Rendez-vous avec », we launched Business O Féminin, a media and E-learning platform to help women to strive in their career.
In 2017, we launched the Business O Féminin awards to reward female entrepreneurs and inspire others to follow their entrepreneurial dream.
In 2019, we opened the Business O Féminin club, a place where women could develop their skills to accelerate their career and connect with a likeminded community. We had more than 500 + women professionals who attended our 60 events which encouraged me to continue to create spaces of dialogue where women would connect, exchange ideas and projects and boost their leadership skills. Therefore, in march 2024, I launched the Female Leadership Forum which gathers female and male leaders from corporate, politics, industry to continue to foster female empowerment.
Today, the Female leaders club is the natural extension of Business O Féminin and the Female leadership Forum. It has the ambition to address the new frontiers for women developments thanks to international experts, leaders, thinkers who will address the key challenges we will face in the coming years and decades in IA, Space, Geopolitic, Health, Sustainability, Growth etc…
In summary, our mission is to broaden our views to enrich our leadership skills and build a better future.
